Jan Housh, HCV Manager
Jan Housh supervises the HCV staff by monitoring daily operations. She approves Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTA), reviews lease agreements and executes HAP contracts. Every year, she recertifies the families and determines eligibility for all household members. She is also the first point of contact in handling our client services including landlord and tenant disputes.
Betty Ferguson, Family Self-Sufficiency Manager
Betty Ferguson coordinates the day-to-day operations of the FSS and Homeownership programs. She processes the annual and interim reexaminations for all of her participants. She acts as a community liaison with multiple agencies. Her primary goal is to promote economic self-sufficiency and homeownership throughout the community.
Jean St. Juste, Housing Inspector
Jean St. Juste conducts all inspections including initial, annual, and special. He assures that all units are in compliance with HUD’s Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
Tcherlie Macenat, Compliance Officer
Tcherlie Macenat investigates all allegations of fraud and program violations. She performs quality control inspections and file reviews to ensure that we are in compliance with federal rules. She also processes PHA initiated changes.
